What is FCPAMS?

The Financial Consumer Protection Assistance Management System (FCPAMS) is the cooperative's platform for handling financial consumer complaints, inquiries, and requests in compliance with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) regulations and the Financial Consumer Protection Act (RA 11765).

How to File a Complaint

  1. 1. Visit our online complaint portal or visit any branch
  2. 2. Provide your personal information and details of your concern
  3. 3. Receive a reference number for tracking
  4. 4. Our CAT will acknowledge within 24 hours
  5. 5. Simple complaints resolved within 7 days; complex within 45 days
  6. 6. Track your case online using your reference number
